Lost Package


If your package is lost, please contact us at contact@wearemuslims.com. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delivery issues, but we will help you find a solution.

Delivery Terms


- Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the buyer.
- We offer international shipping.
- Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.
- Please double-check your address as you are responsible for any errors and associated costs.



Returns and Refunds



Return Policy


To initiate a return, contact us at contact@wearemuslims.com. Returns should be sent to:
Industrial Zone of Al Quoz 4, Warehouse 20, Street 7B, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be sent using a traceable shipping method.


Damaged or Defective Items


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. Email us at contact@wearemuslims.com with your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and work of art.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@wearemuslims.com.
